Using Amirolla

These Terms of Use govern using Amirolla to create, edit, and export photo carousels. By using the service, you agree to these terms as set out here.
Applicable mandatory consumer protections remain in force. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Accounts and access
Where an account is required, use accurate information and a sign-in method you are authorized to use. Keep access to your sign-in account secure and report suspected unauthorized use by email to pe.dmitriev@gmail.com.
Use Amirolla lawfully. Do not bypass access controls or credit limits, disrupt the service, or upload content you have no right to use. You are responsible for obtaining permissions needed for photographs of other people.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Amirolla. Do not use the service if you cannot lawfully agree to these terms.
Your photos and content
You retain the rights you hold in the photos and text you provide. The permission you grant to Amirolla is limited to receiving, processing, and returning that content as necessary to provide the requested service.
This permission does not give Amirolla ownership of your photos. This permission does not authorize unrelated use of your photos. The processing performed by AI providers is described in the Privacy Policy.
Do not use the service for unlawful, abusive, or rights-infringing content. You remain responsible for deciding whether a carousel is suitable to publish.
AI results and editing
Automated selection, captions, cropping suggestions, and style choices may be inaccurate or unsuitable. Review the results before sharing them. You can edit the result using the tools available in the app.
Amirolla cannot promise engagement, reach, or a particular aesthetic outcome. Third-party social platforms control their own formats, availability, and rules.
Purchases and carousel credits
The current product model uses one-time carousel purchases or packs rather than a subscription. The app-store checkout displays the final price, currency, applicable taxes, and the quantity purchased.
Amirolla includes two free carousels for a new account, once per device; the device may be checked with Google Play Integrity or Apple App Attest. A failed generation does not consume a credit, and one repeated AI attempt per carousel is free. Creating another carousel may consume another credit; ordinary editing and exporting of an existing result remain available without a new generation charge.
Purchases, refunds, and payment disputes are subject to the applicable store process and mandatory consumer protections. These terms do not restrict rights provided by law.
Carousel credits are for using the service and are not money or a transferable financial product. When your Amirolla account is deleted, all unused carousel credits associated with it are forfeited and cannot be transferred to another account. Account deletion does not automatically issue a refund. This does not limit any refund or other consumer rights required by applicable law.
Availability and responsibility
The service is provided as available and may change or be temporarily unavailable. Keep copies of photos and exports that matter to you. Local drafts may be lost when you remove app data or uninstall the app.
To the extent permitted by law, Amirolla does not guarantee uninterrupted operation or error-free automated results. Nothing in these terms limits liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be limited.
Ending use and deleting an account
You can stop using Amirolla at any time. Uninstalling the app alone does not necessarily delete a server account or records held by service providers.
The Account Deletion page explains the in-app deletion action and email requests for account and associated data deletion. Email requests are completed within two business days after account identification and any necessary ownership verification.
Privacy and third parties
The Privacy Policy describes photos, account information, purchase records, and provider processing. Google and Apple sign-in authenticate your account through Supabase. Store purchases are managed with RevenueCat.
Photo copies pass through a processing server in Frankfurt, Germany, to Google Gemini or, when the Gemini request fails, OpenAI. Supabase account records are hosted in the United States. These providers and sharing destinations may have their own terms.
Amirolla is an independent product. References to Instagram, Google Play, or the App Store do not imply endorsement or affiliation.
